This was made in 3DS Max 9 and is actually a view down from the very tip of 3 scyscaper, They were all stacked on top of each other with 3 different sizes for the buildings. Then a nice glass material and off we go rendering at a high samples per pixel and a resolution of 2550 x 1650.
